Marcin’s intensive English programme included social as well as financial English and an opportunity to pursue his hobbies in an English environment.  We also visited a local Catholic school where he spoke at length with a senior member of the school’s staff, in order to compare their education system with the system in Poland where he is on the Board of Governors of a newly established school.

Adama spent six weeks with us, perfecting his core competencies, with a view to preparing himself for a demanding UN interview to become a Country Coordinator in his next posting.  He has now taken up his new position as Country Coordinator for Guinea Bissau.  We worked hard, but also had time to improve Adama’s golf (lessons with a golf professional), visit many historic and cultural places of interest and go out for relaxing evenings in our many local restaurants and pubs.
